Text Displayed
Firestorm: Incant "Burning flame I do entreat to summon forth a scorching heat" x3 and chant "Firestorm" to gain Incinerate Armor (unlimited), which you can cast without interrupting the chant. If you take damage or aggress in any way other than casting the granted spell, this effect ends.
